Registered Office Services - London Registrars

  Every company is required by law to have an address where official correspondence can be served. The registered office address, which may be different from the actual trading address, must appear on all official documents, including letterheads, invoices, order forms, websites and financial communications. Many companies choose our address as their registered office in order to benefit from a more professional sounding postcode (like London EC1) or to protect their privacy if trading from a residential address. Our registered office service includes the forwarding of official correspondence which by law has to be sent to a company’s registered office address such as communications from Companies House, HMRC (in connection with corporation tax matters), or the Court Service – all of which will be forwarded free of any additional charges if scanned and emailed.
